- Firstly,sieve wheat flour, Baking powder,baking soda in a bowl & add pinch of salt in it.
- In second bowl whisk Malai first..then add refined oil & mix both..after that add powder sugar & mix all ingredients.. finally add 2- 3 drops of vanilla essence
- Now add wheat flour mix slowly into it by continuously stirring..no lumps should be formed.. stirring should be in one direction only..add milk to it..to make sure it is of flowing consistency
- After that pour mix into tin bowl..before pouring mix grease the tin bowl..tap it..for uniform surface of mixture
- Now Place it in cooker that is already preheated.(First put stand in cooker then place cake bowl on it for uniform cooking)
- Cook it for app 55 min.. your cake is ready
- For chocolate Ganache..Take a pan..put some butter..then add maida..& cook it until maida becomes golden brown..now add milk & whisk it..now add coco powder & powder sugar to it..make it thick..finally add vanilla essence to it for best taste..cool it..your chocolate Ganache is ready
