- First of all, dry roast the ingredients mentioned above and powder them for roasted masala.
- Boil the boneless chicken pieces adding salt and pepper and ginger garlic paste. Now shred the chicken and grate it in green chilli grater. Grate 1 cheese cube over it.
- Now finely chop capsicum and green chillies and garlic. Grate carrot. Boil 2 eggs and grate them.
- Now, heat butter in pan. Add garlic and saute for some time. Add capsicum, carrot and green chillies. Saute for a while and add all purpose flour and mix well. Add the grounded masala and mix everything well.
- Now mix this mixture with chicken and add Coriander leaves, salt and pepper, white pepper. Mix well
- Heat a charcoal. When it's completely charred, put on the chicken mixture and pour little bit oil over it. Let the smoke come out of it. Cover the mixture with lid for 10 to 15 mins. Then remove the the coal and shape the kababs.
- Make corn flour slury and dip the kababs in the slury and roll them in bread crums. Deep fry them in hot oil untill golden brown.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken with the salt. Place kabobs on the prepared grill, and brush with barbeque sauce. This was the perfect recipe for a mild Denver night. I followed the rest of the recipe and it turned out great! A simple salad on the side made for a great accompaniment!
