- Add a little butter to a frying pan and cook the chicken until sealed (All sides are white)
- Add the bacon to the pan with chicken and sprinkle Cajun spices across all the meat
- Once cooked, drain the macaroni and run cold water through it
- Once the onions become slightly see through, add more butter to the pan
- Change to a lower heat and add flour gradually to the pan of onions and butter and continuously stir
- Add milk to the pan to make onions in a sauce
- Once the meat is cooked, you can add it to the sauce pan
- Set the oven to preheat at 200 C
- Begin adding cheese to taste while continuously stir the sauce
- Transfer the Mac and cheese to a cooking dish
- Lightly cover the top of the Mac and cheese with grated cheese
- Cook in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbling
- Take out the oven and serve up
