  1. To make meat sauce, brown mince(ground beef) until fully cooked and drain off excess fat except for one tablespoons
  2. Chop all veg, and add to meat saute for 2 minutes, then add dried herbs and all the liquids and salt n pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes until veg is cooked and sauce is reduced. Allow to cool.
  3. In another pot melt butter do not let it brown, then add flour and mix well allow to cook for 2 minutes to cook out the flour taste.
  4. Add milk to butter and flour mix. Mix well to avoid lumps, season with salt n pepper and then add 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Allow to cool
  5. To make lasagna put a ladle of meat sauce into a oven proof dish(9 by 9 inch), then cover with lasagna sheets, top with a ladle of cheese sauce, repeat until all mixes are used finishing with the cheese sauce, top with 1 cup grated cheese
  6. Put in a preheated oven at 350°F/180°C covered with foil for the 30 minutes, then remove foil and finish browning the lasagna for a further 15-20 minutes depending on Ur oven
  7. Onced cooked remove from oven and allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy
