- For Idli / Dosa batter i use same jus grind everything and ferment.
- For Aloo Sabji: In a pan add oil, Splutter mustard seed,urad dal and add onion sauté till soft.
- Add curry leaves and chillies and ginger cook for while. Then add salt and turmeric powder cook while add tomato cook till soft.
- Then add mashed potato,paneer and cover and cook for while. Then add little water and salt to taste lemon juice and coriander leaves.
