  3. When hot add the Mixture in a flat surface or plate applying oil and immediately spread completely and let it cook down.
  4. Now cut them straight and roll tight and keep it in plate. In a pan add oil once hot add mustard seed,curry leaves,hing and green chillies.
  5. Pour the oil all over the khandvi and let it soak for while before serving 😊
