Steamed dumpling dough is great for vegetarian dumplings and dumplings filling with more vegetables (for example pork dumplings with cabbage). - Heat oil in a pressure cooker, then add onions and greenchilli, saute well until onions become soft.
- Then add tomatoes, crushed ginger garlic, saute well until tomatoes become soft.
- Then add cloves, cardamom, turmeric powder, redchilli powder, coriander powder and saute well.
- Then add cleaned beef and salt, stir well, add littile water and pressure cook (4 or 5 whistle).
- Mean time heat oil in another pan, add grated coconut, shallots, fennel seeds, then saute until it become brown. Grind this into smooth paste and add this ground paste to the curry.
- Mix well and cook for few more minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Then add steamed rice dumplings into it, mix well and cook in a medium flame for 10 minutes and add some curry leaves and mix well.
- Switch off the flame. Serve hot !
