- Take Few Basil leaves
- Make ready as required Feta cheese

- Make ready 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Take 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Take 2-3 garlic pods chopped into chunks
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Date syrup (you can use Maple syrup too)
- Get to taste Salt

Instructions to make Buddha Bowl:
- Drain the overnight soaked Chana water and add to the bowl where you will make the salad.
- Grate the carrots, chop the cucumbers into squares, cut the tomatoes into squares, take half of mango and cut into small slices, take 1/4th part of a watermelon and cut into small pieces. Refrigerate the salad bowl for 40 mins
- For salad dressing - add all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Mix well the salad dressing to the salad. Grate feta cheese, basil leaves and enjoy a wholesome Buddha Bowl
