- Take 2 large stalks of celery chopped
- Prepare 28 oz cornbread dressing
- Make ready 4 large eggs as a binder
- Get 4 large boiled eggs
- Prepare 1 large turkey neck
- Make ready 1 large turkey gizzard
- Get 1 large turkey heart
- Prepare 3 quart water
- Get 1 tbsp poulrty seasonings
- Prepare 32 chicken broth
Add salt, pepper and sage to taste. While I dress like this about half the time and like this look, it doesn't always suit me. Sometimes I feel like dressing up more, so I do. When I asked my son why he picked this out, he said because I "blended in and didn't look out of place." In his mind, when I dress up, I look like I don't belong.

- Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit
- Take the giblets from the turkey and neck put into 3 quarts water and bring to boil
- Chop the onions and celery boil 4 eggs let cool set aside
- Pick the meat off the neck of turkey put back into boiling stock of giblets
- Add onions and celery to giblet stock let cook about 30 minutes
- Mix the poultry seasonings, celery, onions, stock and broth with dressing along with the giblet stock along with eggs for binding , make sure the giblet stock is cooled down or you will have scrambled binders
- Mix all together really well add to an oven safe pan raise the temperature to 375°Fahrenheit bake as temperature rises for an hour bottom rack of oven
- Last 15 minutes of cooking put on top rack of oven
- Helpful hint my mom said save the chicken broth for last to cool down the giblet stock so binding eggs don't scramble
