Steps to make Fried rice:
- Wash and chop all your vegetables and bacon.
- Then stir fry your ginger and onions till golden brown
- Add your carrots, capsicum and bacon then continue to stir fry.
- Add the rice and stir while mixing with the ingredients. Also add salt and Soy sauce to taste.
- The coriander and chopped lettuce then stir.
- Lastly add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Serve when hot
Remove from skillet and set aside. Set out additional soy sauce on the table, if desired. Fried rice is best when it is made with cold rice. You can even cook the rice the night before. The longer the rice sits the better it tastes!
