  1. Sab se pehle chicken saf kar ke usay thoray se oil aur lehsan adrak, salt ke sath fry karlen.
  2. Jab chicken pak jaye to isay kisi dish me nikal kar side par karden.
  3. Ik pateelay me 1/2 cup oil garamkar ke usme sarson, kalonji aur rai dal ke karhkarhayen.
  4. Tamater aur piyaz aur 2 mirch ko grind kar ke paste bana lein
  5. Ab isay kalonji sarson wale oil ke sath shamil kar ke tez anch me bhunain
  6. Phir isme dahi add kar ke medium anch par bhunain
  7. Phir isme lehsan adrak paste add kar ke bhunain
  8. Ab isme red chilli powder, haldi powder aur sham masala add karden.
  9. Jab masala bhun jaye to isme fried chicken add kar dein
  10. 2 tbsp shan masalay ko lemon juice me paste bana kar mirchon me fill karden aur thora pani shamil kar dein.
  11. Ab in mirchon ko chicken me add kar itna pakayen ke oil upar ajaye.
  12. Hamari dish ready hai. naan, chapati, parathay ya bhagare hoye rice ke sath nosh farmayen.
