- Put beans in 13x9x3 foil pan
- Dice peppers and slice Jalapeños and add to pan. Saute in a little olive oil to open fragrance. Add to pan with beans. Stir to mix.
- Halve kielbasa and slice 1/4" thick. Add to pan
- Stir all to evenly combine. Sprinkle with fried garlic
- Cover with foil and put in oven at 200°F for slow heating, 300°F for faster or suit to your time frame.
- I have a large smoker so I like as well to put them in the smoker if I'm using it for 1 hour uncovered then cover with foil and put in oven to finish.
