  3. Now transfer the chopped raddish and carrots to a big mixing bowl.
  4. Add the dry masalas and salt and mix well for 1 minute.
  5. Add scraped gur(optional) and vinegar.
  6. Mix well, turn upside down, and keep it aside covered with a lid.
  7. It will ready to eat within 2 hours
  8. Serve as per the requirement.
