  1. Wash and dry chicken breasts. Butterfly them. Sprinkle with salt
  2. Wrap each piece of cheese in a slice of ham. Put each piece inside each chicken breast
  3. Preheat oven to 200. Prepare flour eggs and breadcrumbs. Roll each breast in flour, then dip in the egg and then roll in breadcrumbs. Squeeze the open side with your fingers to seal. Repeat egg and breadcrumb step again.
  4. Heat a good amount of frying oil in a large pan. Fry chicken on all sides until brown. Transfer to a baking tray and finish off in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with chips 😀
