- Peel radish and cut it in to long pieces
- Add salt and turmeric powder on it mix it and keep it for 15 minutes
- Wash this pieces 2-3 times and spread it on clean kit towel for 15-20 minutes to remove it's moisture.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pickle masala, mustard dal in radish pieces mix it
- Heat oil in kadhai pan add onion seeds, Fenugreek seeds, cloves, Asafoetida in it. Off the flame add radish pieces in it mix it
- Store in clean and dry jar.
