- Add soya sauce stir well cook till boiling
- Mix water and cornstarch together well add to noodles stirring constantly till thickened

In a large wok or skillet, heat the oil. Plump shrimp, crisp-tender broccoli, and a tangle of udon noodles. Avowed stir fry fan, Gary is happy with pretty much and kind of stir fry.
