- Take a bowl, add red chilies and soak for 15 mins. Take another bowl,add rice and soak for 30mins
- Heat the pressure cooker,add mutton,turmeric powder,salt as required and water and keep it for 5 to 6 whistles
- Heat the pan,add cooking oil,ghee,few spices,onion,gingergarlic paste,tomato,mint and coriander leaves,curd,cooked mutton and lemon juice.fry it all together
- Add rice and pour mutton cooked water as required and cook on low heat for 10mins and again cook on medium heat for 5 mins. finally mutton biryani ready
