The ingredients needed to make Litchi Lemonade:
  1. Get 15-16 ripe litchi
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp lemon juice
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp honey/ maple syrup /or sugar
  4. Get Few mint leaves

I have already shared another litchi based drink in my earlier post. that was litchi lassi. But this time, it is a simple & delicious summer drink. Experts said that lychee/litchi contains mostly water & carbohydrate. Apart from those, it has a small amount of protein.

Steps to make Litchi Lemonade:
  1. Wash litchi and remove it's cover/ skin.
  2. Deseed litchi and put in a mixer jar.
  3. Add 1 glass of water and blend it sieve it add lemon juice, honey and mint leaves and serve chilled.

Litchi is easily avaliable in market these days and almost everyone of us loves it. So it can be easily made into a juice with few modifications i.e. Lychee/litchi lemonade- sweet and slightly tangy drink with full flavors of the litchi and the lemons.
