- Serve hot with tandoori roti, naan, paratha, missi roti.
- Steps for wheat flour naan. In a bowl take all ingredients flour, curd, salt, baking powder, oil, sugar. Mix well and knead into soft dough using water.
- Mix water as needed and make soft dough from it. Apply oil and cover the dough for 20-30 min.
- After 20-30 min punch down the dough and then knead for 5 minutes.
divide the dough into medium sized balls and keep aside. Take one ball of the dough on a floured surface.
- Roll the dough in oblong shape giving it a shape of naan. Sprinkle some kalonji and coriander on top. Roll it little to press the topping.
- Brush the bottom side of the naan with water and place the waterd side of naan on the hot pan, and cook fm, until you see bubbles starting to form.
- Flip the tava and cook on gas flame until you see the upper side is fully cooked, and dark brown starts to appear.
- Remove from the pan and brush naan with some butter. Your butter naan is ready.
