- Divide the dough into 4-5equall portions.Roll one portion,apply coriander leaves and some nigell seeds over it.Roll at a thickness of about 1/2cm.
- Apply some water on the upoer side of naan and put on a heated tawa,keeping wet side on tawa surface.
- Cook for 1 minute on medium flame,turn tawa on open flame,keeping flame on high.Cook for 1 minute.
- Take out naan from tawa,keep the another side on open flame.Cook for 30-40seconds on low-medium flame.
- Now nasn is ready.Apply some butter on it.Prepare other naans in the same way.
- Serve hot with curry.
