- Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.Pierce a sharp knife in the middle of the cake.If it comes out clean,then it's done.Bake for another 5 minutes so that a nice brown colour appears on the cake.Cool and demould the cake on a plate.
