- Chop up all vegetables (doesn't have to be very finely chopped but just a tad bit bigger)

- Turn on heat and bring to boil, cook on medium for 20 minutes (start time when it starts to boil)
- Jars should be in a water bath that is hot along with lids, take jars out each at a time and fill to first ring
- Wipe off rim of jar and place hot lid and ring on top and screw tight and place on dry towel on counter
- Wait until all lids have sealed and made a pop sound then store, if jar did not seal it has to be refrigerated
- Makes around 10 pint sized jars
