Whisk together coconut milk, brown sugar, curry powder and cayenne and pour over meat. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. In a bowl, whisk coconut milk, beef stock, peanut butter, curry paste, soy sauce, honey and ginger; pour over meat. Season meat generously with salt and pepper.
