The dish consists of small chunks of fried chicken breast meat covered in a crispy batter coating. They are often served with curry sauce, sweet and sour sauce or plum sauce.. Transfer the chicken to a larger bowl and pour in the egg yolks, flour, cheese, spring onions, paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together and then roll the mixture into balls using your hands.
Instructions to make Chicken Balls:
- Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste & salt. Boil potatoes.
- In a bowl add boiled potatoes, shred chicken, ginger garlic powder, salt, chilli powder, spring onion, chopped green chillies & coriander leaves. Mix all well.
- Each cheese cube cut into 4 parts.
- Take the chicken mixture give it a ball shape. Flatten it using the palms place 1 piece of cheese in middle & again give it a round shape. Refrigerate for half an hour
- Roll in maida. Dip in egg & roll again in breadcrumbs & fry. Serve hot with your favourite chutney/dip
