  1. Peel and de-vein the prawns. Wash nicely. Keep in strainer for the excess water to drain. Marinate the prawns with lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste for about 30 minutes.

  6. Add in the masala powders and salt and fry for a minute. Add it to the cooked prawns.
  7. Add the vinegar and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. After 5 minutes, the mixture would become slightly dry and the oil would start to float out completely. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool for an hour.
  9. Transfer the Spicy Prawns Pickle to a sterilized container. You can store it in refrigerator for upto a month.
