- Stir in fresh cream n mix gently.Remove from heat.Place coal on open flame till it becomes red hot
- Remove coal from heat n put the coal in a small steel bowl.Place the bowl over chicken n pour 1 tbsp of warm ghee over it.
- As soon as it begins to smoke cover the kadai wid a lid
- Open the lid after ten mins.Remove bowl with coal.
- Serve hot with naan
