The ingredients needed to make Spicy Lasagna:
- Make ready 1 Mince 300-400g
- Get 9 Seasonings: Peri Peri, Chill, Chill Flakes, Paprika, Salt, Crushed Black Pepper, Frozen Chill/Basil, Oregano
- Take 2 Sauces: Spicy Tomato & Mushroom, White Lasagna
Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until lightly toasted. A flavorful and spicy lasagna recipe with layers of cheese, beef, veggies and hot Italian sausage. There are exactly twenty three days left until the first day of Spring and I couldn't be more excited. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Steps to make Spicy Lasagna:
- Generously add all seasonings except frozen chilli/basil & oregano (add them at the end)
- Fry mince until lightly browned and then drain
- Add tomato & mushroom sauce to mince & let simmer for about 5-10 mins on gas mark 3
- Pour mince into lasagne dish onto a layer of sheets. Add more sheets onto the mince and pour white sauce on top
- Spread frozen chilli/basil & oregano on top. Place in oven for 35-40 mins, gas mark 4.
- Serve with chips, wedges or whatever you want
Drain, rinse with cold water, and place on wax paper to cool. Heat up some oil in a large frying pan and fry bacon lardons until crisp. I like to make a double batch and freeze some for later. They make a quick appetizer if guests pop in unexpectedly as well as a nice dinner when paired with a salad.
