Brown the hamburger and sausage together. drain both then put all the ingredients except the mozzarella back into the large into the stock pot. stir well. if you want to add any extra seasoning, now would be the time. I have 2 large casserole pans but if you don't you can use 2 2-1/2 inch deep foil casserole pans. put a layer of the noodle/meat mix. then a layer of cheese. not a thick layer of cheese, just enough to cover the noodles. then repeat. Bake it at 350°F till all bubbly and gooey. let it sit for about 10 mins to cool and set. serve and enjoy.
