- Now add 2 tbsp dahi(curd)..and stir mix it well.
- Cook it for 1-2 minute.
- Now add 1 glass of water and mix.
- Now add bolied eggs..and stir it.
- Now add soaked rice(soaked for 1 hr)..make a layer on it..spread it evenly.
- Now add 1/4 glass of water and cover it with a lid.
- Cook it for one whistle on high flame.
- After one whistle..turn off the flame and let it cool down.
- Once it is cooled down…open it carefully.
- Now take it out in a serving plate.
