  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Make into loaf and place in large baking dish.
  3. Add ketchup on top as glaze.
  4. Bake 350° for 1 hr.
  5. Remove from oven and prop up pan so fat drains away. Let stand 10 min.
  6. Slice and serve.

You can also use ground turkey or do half beef and half turkey. Either way, this is one meatloaf recipe you will love. In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs.
