- Once the gravy reduces a bit add boiled rajma & mix well, then add fresh cream & switch off the gas, cool the gravy completely before assembling the lasagna.
- In a baking dish spread little makhni sauce in the bottom, place thepla on it, spread a layer of makhni sauce over it, grate little cheese on it & again cover it with a thepla & repeat the entire process till you reach the desired hight of baking dish, then last layer make of makhni sauce, place cheese slices over it, sprinkle chopped parsley, oregano, chilli flakes & bake it over 200°c for 5-10 mins till cheese melts.
