In deep pan heat reserve broth that we already made in step 1.
- When Borth start boiling add plainflour and mix continously.
- Mix it until it form a big ball. Transfer to a bowl and leave it to cool.
- For Coxihna shape. ! To form a small coxihna we are going to get a little piece of the dough and form a ball the size of a ping pong ball.
- Then, flatten the ball, creating a disc and then hollowing out the middle for the filling.
- Place a tablespoon of the filling in the middle of disc.
- Then press the dough closed around the filling, shaping it as a teardrop.
- Repeat the same process and make remaining coxihna.
- Dip coxihna in beaten egg. Roll it in breadcrumbs Deep fry it until truns to brown.
