How to make Taco Chaat Recipe. To begin making the Taco Chaat recipe, in a large mixing bowl take the chopped potatoes, onion, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, chopped green grapes, chopped cilantro, green chilies and sweetcorn. Toss them and dress with some chaat masala and red chilli powder. Add all three chutneys according to your taste in the mixture and mix them well.

- Make a coarse powder of oats
- In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, oats & oil.. now with the help of warm water knead a soft dough
- Now make a small ball
- Now roll in a circular shape like a poori prick it with the help of knife, and now fold it and secure it with a toothpick
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it
- When it's cool down, remove toothpick and open it slowly and it's perfectly done fried tacos

- Boiled potatoes and corns, cut the potatoes in cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan add potatoes, corn, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and chat masala mix It well
- Mix it well and keep a side
- For maxican salsa
- Microwave tomato for 2 minutes so it's peel easily
- Now chopped tomatoes, green chilli and clove and make a smooth paste
- Heat oil in a pan add tomato paste saute for a while now add tomato sauce
- Saute until oil separates, now add onion, salt & lemon juice
- Add coriander leaves, Mix it well and keep a side
- For sour cream
- In a bowl add curd, lemon juice and cream mix it for 1 minute and keep a side
- Assembling a tacos
- In a tacos shell place aloo corn chaat
- Place tomato pieces
- Now pour salsa over it.
- Now pour sour cream and Coriander
- Now it's ready to serve
