  2. Add paprika and stir well. Cook for 10-15 minutes until onion is caramelizing.
  3. Add the vinegar and let it cook out for a few minutes.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato Ketchup, mix well and continue to cook for about 8 minutes until sauce has reduced to a dropping consistency. Add 1-2 tablespoon water if the sauce gets too thick.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning. Remove from heat and set aside.
