- Deep fry half of the chopped onions till golden brown. Deep fry carrots and potatoes and the marinated beef.
- In the remaining oil saute' the rest of the onions and add the rest of chilli and coriander powder and garam masala.Salt to taste.
- Add the fried beef to this and add little water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Serve it with the fried vegetables and onion on top.
