- Then add capsicum, cauliflower, boiled potato curd salt, cumin powder, Garam Masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste, hing mix all the ingredients well, cover it and let all the vegetables cook well on low flame.
- Then add tomato and curd cook it 2 minutes.Divide the rice into different portions and give them different colors. Red, Green, Yellow.
