- In a wok heat oil, mustard seed.add curry leaves ginger, chilli and onion cook for 1 minute.Next add the vegetables, salt, chilli powder,turmeric and give it a good mix.
Add the washed quinoa,mix together, add 2 and half cups of water to this and mix.Cover it. Allow it to cook well for good 20 mins. After 20 mins check if all the water has evaporated, and quinoa is well cooked has a nice texture to it.if not allow cook 5 more min.Serve hot!
