- Take out the chicken and let it cool down before chopping it into smaller pieces.
- Cook rice with chicken soup, just add ginger, spring onion, salt and lemongrass for fragrant. You can reboil the chicken soup adding white radish, onions and chinese cabbage. The oil in the soup is good enough to oil the rice.
- You can use ready make chilli sauce or make your own with the sauce ingredients. Garnish chicken with cucumber and coriander and serve with rice, chilli sauce and soy sauce.
