- Remove tofu from steamer and remove excess water.
- Pour gravy on top of steamed tofu.
- Garnish with ingredients in (C).
My family loves this steamed tofu dish very much. Divide pork into three equal parts and make a small disc with clean hands. Place tofu slices on a plate.
