  2. Slice beef into strips and set aside. Chop up bok choy, onion (into wedges) and capsicum and set aside.
  3. Heat some oil in the wok/pot. Once oil is smoking add beef and onions. Cook till brown. Remember to drain any excess water from wok/pot.
  4. Once beef and onions are brown add capsicum and cook til softened. Then add bok choy and recipe base flavouring. Salt to your taste.

Heat the oil over high heat in a wok or large heavy skillet. Add the onions, garlic and ginger and fry for another minute. Add a little more oil if necessary. Add the broccoli and fry for another minute or until crisp-tender. Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok.
