In a medium Dutch oven, using medium heat, heat the olive oil. Make the meat sauce: Heat a deep pan over high heat and add the oil and the minced beef.

- Pre- heat oven 180 C.
- In a rectangular glass dish add half the amount of pasta.
- Then add the minced meat and spread evenly.
- Add the other half of the pasta.
- Then, layer the whole thing with the bachemel scauce…. Make sure that you get some scauce at the edges so that the pasta isnt dry from the edges.
- Put in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned from the top.
- Serve with delicious salad.
