- Get 1 kg Chicken
- Get Onion 2 chopped
- Prepare Tomatoes 2 chopped

- Prepare 1.5 tsp Salt
- Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder

- Take 1 tsp Kewra water
- Prepare Garam masala
Instructions to make Chicken Biryani:
- Fry onion in oil then put ginger garlic paste and all masala then fry chicken put yoghurt mix it well then cover it on low heat for 20 mins.
- Boil the rice, strain it then spread one layer of rice then chicken on it. Again spread rice then rest of masala on it.
- After that mixed food colour in kewra water and pour onto the rice, garnish with green coriander, I love it's fresh aroma.
- Cover it with lid then leave it on dum for 5 mins. After five minutes mixed the rice and chicken, so that rice would not break.
- Serve it with raita or hari chuttni.
