- Get 2 tsp Sugar
- Get 1/4 cup Mango pieces
- Get 4 scoops Mango Ice Cream

- Heat milk and sugar in a pan and cook until sugar is dissolved. Simmer the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and let the milk cool. Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Soak basil seeds in enough water for 30 minutes. Cook falooda sev according to manufacturer’s instruction. Drain and keep aside. Take 3-4 tall glasses.
- Add a tbsp of basil seeds in each glass. Pour 1 tsp of rose syrup. Top with 2-3 tbsp falooda sev. Add 2 tbsp of mango puree on top.
- Pour 1/4 cup milk on top. Repeat the process once again. Top the glass with mango ice cream and mango pieces.
