- Toast 2 tablespoons Black Sesame Seeds using a saucepan for a few minutes or until aromatic. - When the ice cream is just soft enough, add Black Sesame paste, and mix well. Place in the freezer to firm up.
Gently add the cherries to the top of the ice cream (they will sink down into it). Drizzle the top of the ice cream with the remaining ¼ cup tahini. Sprinkle the top with the sesame seeds.
