  5. Pour the mixture into a shallow aluminium container. Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze for 6 hours or till semi-set.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mixer and blend till smooth.
  7. Divide the mixture into 3 portions.
  8. In 1 portion add chopped beetel leaves,paan masala syrup,paan essence, gulkand,fennel powder.
  9. In containter put the aluminium foil.so u will dmould the Icecream easily. Set the paan icecream..
  10. After setting pour the 2 and layer of vanilla ice cream.
  11. After setting vanilla icecream Dein lastly pour the orange layer…
  12. For orange layer in vanilla icecream add orange pulp,orange tang powder,orange zest,mix well..
  13. Set it about 9/10 hours or overnight..
  14. After setting dmould the ice cream.
  15. Cut it into slices.serve on beetel leaves.
  16. Garnish with colour sprinkles,silver golden balls & some tutti frooti..
