- In a woke heat oil add sabit garam masala zeera kali mirch darcheeni and bari elaichi now add chopped onions and fry until golden brown.
- Now add Tomato paste grinder Tomatoes and salt red chilli haldi zeera dhania powder and bhonify.
- At this stage add chicken in it on high flame bhonify so that tomatoes water dries off. Noww add methi in it.
- Now add yoghurt and green chillies grinded mixture in it and bhonify until oul seperates from gravy.
- Lastly add desi ghee and 2tbsp cream in it and cover the lid shimmer for 5mins garnish with dhania Julian cut ginger and green chiilies your karae is ready. Enjoy with chapati or bowl rice.
