- While chicken cooks, boil water for pasta. Add salt and cook until soft. Add butter and basil to noodles when ready.
- Once pressure cooking is complete, let sit 5-10 minutes, then Quick Release. Add basil to pot. Serve chicken and sauce atop noodles. Delish!
In a large skillet, brown chicken on all sides in oil and butter over medium-high heat. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, wine, herbs, garlic and sugar. My "Chicken Cacciatore Diavolo and Pasta" had a few changes to this recipe. I use Olive Oil fresh garlic and diced Tomatoes with Chilies (Rotel brand).
