- Fry for 5-6 minutes and then renove from oil.
- Heat again oil and put green chilli.
- Add chopped onions and fry till pink in colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
- Grind tomato with cinnamon and clove.
- Add this paste in masala.
- Add turmeric, chilli, coriander and chicken masala powder.
- Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Add capsicum and fried chicken pieces.
- Mix well so that masala coats over chicken pieces very well and add salt.
- Cook on high flame till oil starts separate.
- Add water, cover and cook till chicken pieces tender.
- Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and green chillies.
