In a large skillet cook the ground beef and garlic breaking it into crumbles over medium heat until no longer pink.

- After allowing the beef to sit for its 30 minutes. Heat a pan or wok with the vegetable oil over a high to medium heat. Brown the beef stirring frequently and breaking up any large chunks with the spoon for about 5 minutes.

- Next the hoisin sauce mixture and continue to cook until the beef is well coated and cooked through for about a minute or so.
