  3. In a shallow bowl, combine Flour, Polenta (Cornmeal), Salt, Onion Powder and Pepper. *Note: You may wish to add other spices.
  4. Coat Okra with flour mixture and fry, several pieces at a time, for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towels.
